Q. Ben, good playing, 5-under 65, capped off by a birdie at 18. If we could just get a comment on the round.
BEN TAYLOR: Yeah, I knew today might have been a smidge harder being an afternoon start. The wind quite wasn't as strong as I thought it could be at times, which set up for a few chances, and bar a couple of hiccups out there with a few funky tee shots, we posted a good score today.
Q. Does the time you spent living down here the last couple years help you feel more comfortable around this course, even if you haven't played this course many times?
BEN TAYLOR: For sure, yeah. This is home for me, so this is the climate I'm the most used to and I enjoy playing in. I've got a fiance, family, friends, members of the club, I've got them all out there. It's nice to have the local support, and I'm excited for a fun weekend.
Q. You've had a couple of good finishes this season so far. How will your attitude be going into tomorrow, comfort level, too?
BEN TAYLOR: Yeah, to me this isn't new to me anymore. This is a position I've been in a few times now, multiple different levels. This is kind of the third time I've been in this position this season, so it's not new anymore. I think that will help settle the nerves on the weekend.
This is not an easy golf course, so I think regardless of where you've on the board, you've got a chance.
This is a true test of golf, this place, and I'm looking forward to some fun the next two days.
