Q. Just talk about today; do you play more aggressive? This is usually a course people try and hang on and avoid the big numbers. Are you in a different mentality knowing it's going to be lower scores this year?
CAMERON YOUNG: Not really. I feel like it's the kind of place where playing safe you're still going to make plenty of doubles. I don't think there's any reason to be overly cautious. There's obviously a few places you have to be, but when the wind is down like this morning and the greens aren't that firm yet, I feel like it was kind of your day to be a little bit more aggressive. Just so happened I made some putts and shot a good score.
Q. Was there a key point in the round for you?
CAMERON YOUNG: I feel like there were a few, honestly. I definitely struggled ball-striking-wise early, and then to make the putt for bogey on 17 was really nice. Just hit a horrible shot in the water and hit kind of a mediocre wedge shot and bailed myself out making a putt from the fringe. I'd say that one and then the par putt on 6 was really nice. Kind of looked like a 5 the whole way, and to make a 4 was a bonus.
Q. Going from the California swing to the Florida Swing, what kind of adjustments are you making to go from one to the other?
CAMERON YOUNG: It's honestly pretty easy coming here. I live right here, so all the golf really within the state is very comfortable. I happen to like all the golf courses really on that California swing, and Phoenix, as well. It's really honestly one of my favorite times of year kind of through our schedule. I just like a lot of the golf courses. Then here is very familiar, and I get to sleep in my own bed, which is nice.
