Q. 8-under par today, currently the low round of the day. What was the key for you?
DOUG GHIM: I just hit it really good today. I drove it better than I did yesterday and had a ton of looks. Yesterday whenever I was in the fairway, I felt like I had a pretty good look, and felt like I was in the fairway pretty much every hole today.
Q. Can you talk us through the strong start that you had with the eagle and I think it was three birdies within the first five holes?
DOUG GHIM: Yeah. Honestly, really should have been 5-, 6-under through 5 or whatever it was because I think I was 5-under through 5. It's always a bonus to have an eagle putt at any time, but I got one from about five, six feet, so that was really cool. Good way to start the day. I didn't birdie 10 yesterday so it definitely made me feel better. Then missed like an eight-footer for birdie on 11 and just rattled off a bunch of pretty close looks, honestly. It was a nice way to jump start the day for sure.
Q. What's the mindset going into tomorrow?
DOUG GHIM: It seems like it's going to continue to be scorable, depending on the wind. But just got to keep the pedal to the ground because there's a lot of people that have a chance.
