Q. Off to a great start, eight birdies and just the one bogey. Just a few comments about the day.
DUFFY WALDORF: Well, it was obviously a little bit of a surprise. I find this a pretty challenging course. But I drove the ball well today, kept it to the fairway, and I think that really led to some good scoring opportunities. I had quite a few wedges in my hand and I was able to take advantage of them. I think that's when my birdies -- I hit wedges close, then the rest of the holes I was able to make pars on, stay out of trouble.
Obviously real solid round. A lot of good approach shots for me today that led to all those birdies.
Q. How have you been feeling with your game coming into the week? Have you been feeling pretty positive?
DUFFY WALDORF: I had a pretty good week last week in Morocco; I was pleased with that. But honestly, it's just been cold. I've been back -- even in Los Angeles it's been cold, and I haven't played a lot. It's just nice to get some warm weather, and I just kind of felt my swing today and not felt cold weather.
