Q. I know you didn't like that last hole, but how would you assess your round overall today?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, pretty good. I missed a few opportunities on the back nine, so we'll try to tighten that up a little bit. Missed a couple uncharacteristic putts. But overall a good day. Got off to a good start. Really drove the ball well, so I was happy about that.
Q. You've been on a great run since Texas. What's it been like over the last few weeks?
BRIAN HARMAN: I've been waiting on some good golf. I've been playing a lot better than I've been scoring, so just going to try and take advantage of some good form and see what I can make out of it.
Q. What's your expectations for the weekend?
BRIAN HARMAN: Just to get a good night's sleep tonight and get back after it in the morning. I think it's going to be a little windier tomorrow, so it'll be a little different golf course so a different challenge. Just got to keep getting looks and make a couple more tomorrow.
Q. On the final round last year I think you had your career best 64. 66 today. What is it about this golf course that suits your game?
BRIAN HARMAN: It's a position golf course. I'm pretty comfortable driving it around here, and it's pretty demanding on the second shots. But I enjoy trying to fit irons into those smaller spaces. I've always enjoyed playing the golf course.
Q. To maybe not feel like you had the best day and still be 5-under right in the thick of it --
BRIAN HARMAN: Well, I got off to a good start and missed two putts inside of eight feet for birdie and then missed a short one on 18 for par, so yeah, could have been three or four better. I'm playing good. Took on a couple shots that didn't work out, but I was in position all day off the tee for sure.
Q. Does 10-under surprise you that someone did it today?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, benign day. Justin Thomas, he's been shooting some low scores lately, so I'm not surprised by that at all.
