Q. How did the day go for you today?
SI WOO KIM: It was a good round. And then I wasn't feeling really good, but somehow I kind of figure out on the golf course, so kind of played good iron shots. Then a couple of misses, but it hit the bank and towards the hole. So was just lucky.
Yeah, I've got to more figure out my golf shot, but it feels very comfortable. Yeah, we got two days more.
Q. What was your best shot of the day?
SI WOO KIM: I think it was number -- was it 5 or 6 I made an eagle? The second shot. I wasn't expecting it that good. Hit it somehow six feet to the hole. I think that's the start of momentum today.
Q. You didn't play in the Masters last week. You had been on a really good run of making a lot of the majors up until then. Was there any motivation of, hey, I don't want to be missing these anymore?
SI WOO KIM: Yeah, I was kind of pressured like before two weeks Masters. I knew I played last eight years the Masters. I don't want to miss it this year, but somehow a lot of pressure on Texas swing, so I didn't make it.
I got so much frustrated last week watching Masters, but somehow I got to move on. So I'm just trying to focus this week.
Q. Does this golf course feel like it fits your game?
SI WOO KIM: Yeah, I've been playing here good before, so I like it. All the trees and then I don't have to -- I mean, nobody have to hit it far on this golf course. Even short hitters can play, which is why I like it. Yeah, I like this course.
