Q. Kris, can you talk about how difficult the conditions are out there?
KRIS VENTURA: It was tough. Obviously very hard to get to some of the hole locations. And it was a little frustrating for me today, too, because you want to make birdies because it's a best ball and we shot 10-under on Thursday, but yeah, I mean, obviously it's just playing tougher, and you really have to stay patient.
Q. Viktor, the fact that you two shot one of the best rounds on Friday in that format, does that give you confidence going into tomorrow?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: Yeah, for sure. I think especially for how good we're hitting it off the tee, that really gives us a lot of confidence for tomorrow in the foursome. Even though I managed to hit a couple of iron shots in the water today, it's really hard to mess it up on this golf course if you're in the fairway all the time, and we've got some length, as well.
If we can just keep doing what we have been doing off the tee, we should be in pretty good spots to make easy pars and maybe pick up some birdies.
Q. What's the challenge of alternate-shot? What do you like about it, if anything?
KRIS VENTURA: I mean, I would just say play stress-free golf. Boring golf is good. We've been good off the tee this week, so it makes it a lot easier, and if you can just stay disciplined and not go for certain flags and make it easier for your partner, it makes it a lot easier. We're both playing good, so it's obviously a treat.
Q. Would you guys sign up or a 72-hole tournament just alternate-shot?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: I think G-Mac actually mentioned that in the first or second round we played. He said that would be pretty cool. Yeah, that would be awesome. We don't get to do it a whole lot, and it's very stressful at times, but no, I think it gives you a lot of kind of pleasure after the day -- like yesterday after being 2-over par and then signing the scorecard for 3-under, that was a really good score, especially in those conditions and in that format. It's just when you do well, it gives you that much more pleasure, I think.
