Q. 11-under, great start. Can you talk about today's round and what was working best for you guys?
CAM DAVIS: Yeah, off to a hot start. Getting an eagle early is always fun to get the round off to a little bit of a boost. But yeah, the front nine was -- we both made some good birdies and a couple eagles to jump on top of that.
Yeah, it kind of got off to such a good start that you could just kind of roll off momentum rather than trying to force anything.
But yeah, the back nine we both weren't always putting for birdie and that kind of started putting a little pressure on getting the ball in the hole for par, but we ground out a couple of nice pars, and birdieing the last is always a nice way to finish, so pretty solid round.
Q. Heading into tomorrow, different format. Have you already discussed strategy, how different things will be tomorrow?
ADAM SVENSSON: Yeah, just a little bit. Probably talk some more, but I think we're going to play Cam's ball tomorrow. I played Titleist for a little bit so I kind of know it somewhat, and we'll go from there.
Q. Can you talk a little bit about obviously with the format, you're not on your own, now you have a teammate. Talk about the difference this week compared to other TOUR events.
CAM DAVIS: It's more enjoyable, I would say. There are definitely situations where you've hit a bad shot but I don't feel like you're going to show as much emotion or you'll probably find a way to get yourself back in a good space because you're not just playing for yourself anymore. I personally really enjoy that. I feel like it brings out the best in you.
You're in situations where your partner has hit a good shot, you can go for it a little more, and sometimes you have to think the opposite direction if they're in trouble. But for the most part it's just a really enjoyable, fun format and a nice change in the season where you're just out grinding against everyone else for 99 percent of it. It's a lot of fun, and nice to make some birdies while we're having fun.
