Q. It looked like y'all combined for a good round today. There was like a middle stretch, Shane, you contributed a lot, and Rory, you had the eagle putt at the end. How did you feel like you guys teamed up for today's round?
SHANE LOWRY: Yeah, I feel like we played pretty well today, I think. There was a lot of holes where both of us had chances. Yeah, we went out and we did what we had to do. Look, we knew we were going to have to go out and shoot a really low score today. There's not much wind out there, and the course is fairly gettable, and in four-balls you want to be shooting at least 10-under. I was pretty happy to have Rory go out and eagle the last there. It makes dinner taste nicer and kind of puts us in a great position going into tomorrow.
Q. The eagle putt coming back after the rain delay, how much are you concerned about speed as compared to what the greens were before the rain? What did you see there?
RORY McILROY: Yeah, I wasn't concerned so much because I'd say the first two-thirds of the putt was sort of downhill, so there was never really concern of getting the ball to the hole. It was just a matter of picking the right line and just starting it on that.
But yeah, it was sort of quite a comfortable putt, a little bit of left to right early, a bit of right to left at the end, overall not a ton of swing in it. Obviously a great way to finish.
Q. How unusual is that to just have 90 minutes to think about a 30-foot eagle putt and then come out and make it and then you're done?
RORY McILROY: I think the secret is not thinking about it in those 90 minutes. We had a bit of lunch and we were watching some highlights from last year and talking about a bunch of -- where we're going to go for dinner tonight. The last thing on my mind during the delay was the putt, and then once I got back out there, I sort of concentrated on it and made sure I did what I needed to do and just a bonus for it to go in.
Q. Was that one with where you had a feeling as soon as you hit it that it was going to be good?
RORY McILROY: I knew I'd hit it with the right speed. It always felt like it was the right speed. It was just a matter of -- as long as it didn't take too much of the right-to-left at the end, which it didn't, it was perfect, yeah.
Q. How close did you come to taking that putt before the rain?
RORY McILROY: No, they blew the horn as we were walking up to the green, so we didn't have a chance.
Q. Was there anything y'all have done this year to try to replicate what you did last year like restaurants or how you carry yourselves this week? Have you done anything exactly the same as last year?
SHANE LOWRY: We're staying in a different hotel. We've eaten in a couple of the same restaurants. But no, it's just another week.
RORY McILROY: Yeah, we're just trying to have fun. I think that's the most important --
SHANE LOWRY: Rory came in here a bit under the weather so he's trying to rest up as much as he can.
RORY McILROY: But as long as we keep having fun out there, that'll be the best way for us to get the best out of ourselves.
Q. The same restaurants, which ones are the same that you did last year to this year?
RORY McILROY: Where did we go? Gautreau's and Arnaud's. That's it. Those are two of the same ones.
