Q. Doug, good playing. A 6-under 65, including 5-under in your last six holes. If you could just give us an opening comment on your round.
DOUG GHIM: Yeah, it was good. A bit of a slow start. I birdied my first hole and then made a sloppy bogey on 14. Yeah, was just kind of not really going anywhere, and I birdied 17 and got a little bit lucky on 4, didn't hit the best 5-iron but it went pretty much like five feet, made birdie. Then the eagle on the next. It just kind of took off from there. Pretty pleased overall with how it went, and excited about tomorrow.
Q. Do you feel the crowd support as a Texas Longhorn out here?
DOUG GHIM: Oh, for sure. All week. I also was one of the recipients of the Junior Byron Nelson Award when I was a junior golfer, so I know a lot of the volunteers out here and I see them here every year, so it's always nice to come back.
Q. Obviously the rest of the week the forecast is looking a little shaky. How do you keep this going the rest of the week with some uncertainty with that?
DOUG GHIM: Lots of patience. We're kind of entering that time of year where it's going to be more prevalent everywhere that we go. Just a lot of staying loose and being patient, knowing that it's going to be probably a long, long weekend. Shooting a good score today definitely helps.
