Q. Solid finish to the Canadian Open. How are you feeling after that round?
ADAM HADWIN: Kind of how I felt most rounds. I've been a little bit disappointed with the score on the scorecard. I felt like I played better than that this week than 3-under. Just didn't get it in the hole quick enough this week that's all.
Q. How was the St. George's course as a warm-up for the U.S. Open? Conditions will be somewhat similar.
ADAM HADWIN: Yeah, I think the staff here deserves a big golf clap. They did a great job with this golf course. I thought it was fair. I thought you had to hit good shots. It was a good test of golf. Obviously guys are making lots of birdies, but it was a little bit softer these last couple days than it maybe could have been, but yeah it was kind of right in the middle I think before going to a U.S. Open. It was challenging but not too challenging.
Q. I'm sure you haven't put too much thought to the U.S. Open just yet, since you just got off the course, but how are you feeling about that major?
ADAM HADWIN: I mean, I've been playing some good golf, so I just got to keep doing the things that I'm doing and stay positive and just keep working hard. Like I said, I played well, I just didn't score well this week, so...
Q. You mentioned on Wednesday that that's when you got the call that you were into the U.S. Open. What was that like, like was it first thing in the morning or how did the call come about?
ADAM HADWIN: He called and I answered and yeah it's always nice to know that you're in a major. But, yeah, there was a lot of work to be done this week so I wasn't too concerned with it just yet.
Q. I guess you'll be heading straight to Massachusetts tonight or tomorrow?
ADAM HADWIN: Tonight.
Q. And then doing a couple practice rounds Monday and Tuesday?
ADAM HADWIN: Yup.
