Q. A lot of support out there. How was it this weekend and the love you got from the fans and the crowd?
RICHARD LEE: It was amazing. I've never seen this many galleries cheering me on. I would love to come back next year. It was a great feeling. I don't know how many times I got goosebumps from all the fans just cheering me on.
I just want to thank all the Canadian fans out there.
Q. How could this solid experience help you?
RICHARD LEE: Definitely, just like the condition-wise on the PGA TOUR, it's much better than the other Tours I've been playing out there. Definitely short game and putting should be a bit more better. So I think work on that, and I think I should be good.
Q. On Friday you brought up Q-School and possibly trying to get your Tour card. I'm just wondering after this tournament what's next in your immediate plans here?
RICHARD LEE: I've got a few Korean Tour events coming up, and I think I have June, July kind of off and August as well. I'll start grinding after that and try to get ready for Q-School.
Q. Also on Friday I asked you about your family. Throughout this tournament I've been following along with you and talking with them. They've been with you every step of the way. What did it mean to have them out here for all four days this weekend?
RICHARD LEE: They've been out here for actually three days. Yeah, it was definitely a blessing. My parents are getting up there, and for them coming out here to watch me play on the PGA TOUR and making the cut is a big deal. Hopefully I can make it on the PGA TOUR next year.
Q. It's always sort of a risk to leave your regular schedule, leave your regular Tour and play a single event on another Tour. Does it feel like the risk was worth the reward?
RICHARD LEE: Going to Asian Tour?
Q. No, coming to play this week.
RICHARD LEE: I think that golf is definitely a gamble itself. You've just got to play well and grind it out.
Q. What's next for you on your journey? Do you try to hop back over to the PGA TOUR again, one day in, qualify for The Open?
RICHARD LEE: I was hoping to get in The Open this week coming in the top three. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
Just got a few Korean events coming up and Asian Tour as well. So I think I'll get ready for those and get ready for Q-School this year.
Q. My colleague mentioned just maybe it's a bit of a risk going out of your comfort zone to play on a different Tour. What does it say about the motivation in you, even if you're in your mid-30s, to try to get onto the biggest Tours and the biggest events in the world?
RICHARD LEE: I think I have the game to do it. I think I just have to put in the short game a little bit more, practice, and I think I'll make it.
