Q. Jacob Bridgeman, one of six players to have multiple wins on the PGA Tour this season and doing it at what's a little bit of a hometown event for you; 20 family and friends behind to the camera right now. How much extra special does that make this win?
JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, it was super cool. I think we stressed the tournament a little bit with asking for tickets every day trying to get more and more because we had so many people coming in.
It was just awesome. I feel like I had all my family and friends out there cheering for me. Every time I made a putt it was pretty loud. So super special. I told my parents last time when I won, I said I want them there for the next one and they're here for this one so it's pretty awesome.
Q. I remember you saying that you were so excited to have your wife of course there. You guys were newlyweds at the time. Just how meaningful is it to have mom and dad? They supported you your entire career. Front row seat to this win.
JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, it's pretty neat. They're not here on their own, they're here with all our other family. Couple cousins here and in-laws and bunch of other friends.
So, yeah, my parents have done a lot for me and it's super cool to perform in front of them. I think they really wanted me to get a win in front of them but I didn't think it would happen this soon. I'm just super pumped.
Q. I don't think anyone was surprised to see the putter today, No. 1 putter on the PGA Tour come up clutch in some critical moments. The par save on 12, birdie on 14. Just how much momentum does it give you when you have that kind of confidence with the putt experience moments like this?
JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, I was just seeing the lines great. Felt like all week over the putt I knew exactly what it was going to do, and it was just a matter if I read it correctly.
It was just magical. I think the putts I made on 11 and 12 were the ones that won me the tournaments. Those were huge saves when I got some trouble. Then looking back, I can't believe how many putts I made. I thought I was going to make that one, too. I don't know what happened. Yeah, I leaned on it heavy this week.
Q. You were just telling me you got catch a flight soon. Headed to the Presidents Cup. You mentioned earlier kind of candidly this week that you had a lot of goals coming down the stretch here this regular season. You would be lying if you said the Presidents Cup, making that team, wasn't the biggest one you were focusing on. How excited are you for next week to represent the red, white, and blue?
JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Oh, it's a dream come true. When we get to play as a team in any golf, you know, there is so much individualness in this sport, but to be able to play as team and the United States is just amazing. Everybody is pumped. It's getting really real. We're all getting super excited.
Yeah, the boys are waiting on me on the plane. Hopefully I can make it in time and do this trophy ceremony.
