Q. Ethan, a back-and-forth match against U.S. Amateur champion. How were you able to pull out the first point for the Americans in singles?
ETHAN FANG: Yeah, it was definitely a battle. We both (indiscernible) really good. (Indiscernible), so I knew it was going to come down to that.
And, you know, I just knew we needed a point. We were coming to their territory. (Wind interference.)
Q. Had some adversity earlier this week. Didn't practice at all Thursday. Is there any silver lining to maybe getting a little bit of rest later in the week?
ETHAN FANG: Yeah, yeah, you know, that, (indiscernible) I think it was Thursday and I think it was probably the worst day of my life.
Yeah, definitely, you know, good thing we played Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Kind of got some rest. Some of us feeling better now, so rest was definitely big and paid off.
