Q. Another singles point courtesy of William Jennings. Your opponent birdied each of the first four holes. Did it every feel like he was going to make a par out there?
WILLIAM JENNINGS: It didn't, and he par'd the next and then made a 50-footer for par on the next hole, so it felt tough there at the beginning, but I was able to stick to the process and just get a point for the U.S.
Q. The wind picked up a little bit. We saw a ton the bogeys in other matches, but you were flawless down the stretch. What are you most proud of?
WILLIAM JENNINGS: Yeah, I chipped it really well and just kind of stuck to the shot in front of me and didn't get ahead of myself at all, so it was good.
Q. You got hit hard by that food poisoning, along with two of your teamates. Missed Thursday practice. Barely hit some balls on Friday. What does it say about the toughness that you showed to be able to come out here and perform like this?
WILLIAM JENNINGS: Yeah, I was pretty proud. I'm still barely eating a little bit. I'm not demolishing food at this point.
So, yeah, very proud.
