Q. Justin, how does it feel to be leading off the U.S. Ryder Cup Team?
JUSTIN THOMAS: Very excited. I'm stoked to be playing with Bryson. I think trying to set the tone in that first match is always important. I think all of us were in agreement that Bryson needed to be in that first match, and being his partner, I'm very excited that we get to do that together.
Q. What do you like most about alternate shot, and why do you feel like you are a good duo for it?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I think alternate shot is tough. Golf is hard enough as it is, but when you're playing different games, sometimes you get in a rhythm, sometimes you're not in a rhythm, it changes at different golf courses. But it's just another aspect of trying to manage that, and all of us are trying to do that the best that we can.
I love the idea of Bryson sending it down the fairway. Wedging it close and making the putt sounds like a nice thing. He's just an unbelievable player, and I'm happy he's on my team and even more so my teammate.
