Quick Quotes

Q. A point for Europe against one of America's toughest competitors.

LUDVIG ÅBERG: Yeah, it was tough. You can definitely feel the environment getting a little bit louder and getting a little bit more into it.

So it was nice be able to hit the shots on the fairways coming down. Would have loved to maybe made a few of those putts but overall super pleased getting that blue point on the board.

Q. First point on the board for Europe. How was it out there in those conditions with all the fans around?

LUDVIG ÅBERG: Yeah, it was good. I did feel like I had a lot of support, lots of Swedes and lots of Europeans. You can definitely feel the volume getting turned up a little bit the last couple holes. But hopefully the blue point that we were able to get, hopefully it will help the team.

Q. How nervy is it now for Europe?

LUDVIG ÅBERG: Yeah, it is nervy. It is nervy. You're playing for a lot more than just yourself which is also why this is so fun. This is why this is the best tournament in the world and I'm glad to have contributed to my team.
