Q. Fantastic result last week, so great to bring that momentum into a good first round here?
GRANT FORREST: Yeah, solid start. We got the weird conditions today. This was pretty much no wind the last nine holes. There's a score out there, and you know, it was a little bit up-and-down at times. Nice to hole a few and played the par 5s well.
I think it's something when things are.
Q. The up-and-down moments, you responded pretty strongly?
GRANT FORREST: Yeah, I think that's kind of something when things are going well that you just tend to do. But it's something I've been working on as well is to try and not let the mistakes kind of get to me and try and get over them by the next shot. Feel like I did that pretty well today.
Q. With home spectators this week, how does it feel?
GRANT FORREST: It's great. Got my Mum, sister, my girlfriend here and they have not been able to watch me play golf for a year and a half. It's great to have some home support, as well. I'm sure I had them on their toes most of the day but all in all, I was happy with the day.
