Q. It was always going to be tough to follow up yesterday's fantastic round, especially in these conditions but how nice it to be in the hunt at 9-under?
BYEONG HUN AN: It wasn't my best day like yesterday. But it was pretty tough out there. It's hard to hit a lot of shots close.
Yesterday compared to this, you know, it was a lot calmer, and today it's a lot windier and then it rained and it's hard to judge the distance. I hit some good shots out there but just not close enough to get a birdie putt. I'm only one back, so we'll see in the next two days.
Q. How hard is it mentally to deal with all these different types of conditions throughout the day?
BYEONG HUN AN: Mentally, no, today was not -- it was a little bit of a struggle, didn't make as many birdies as yesterday, missed more shots and missed some puts. It's always hard downwind when it's blowing. I know it's going to be this way the last couple holes. The weather, really not much. Just got a little tired arms from holding umbrellas and stuff like that.
Other than that, the weather doesn't really do much. You have to think a little more I guess. I hung in there and hopefully everything is there for the next two days.
Q. How nice to be in this position heading into the weekend?
BYEONG HUN AN: It's nice. I would have taken it if someone told me yesterday that, yeah, you'll be one back going into the weekend. Would definitely have taken it.
After the start yesterday, a little disappointed, but I would have taken it if they offered me before the round yesterday.
