Q. Your first U.S. Open, a couple rounds over the last couple days. Describe the experience and what are your takeaways from this week.
BARCLAY BROWN: Yeah, it's great fun really, kind of around par, around the cut line all day today, so it was good. It was exciting. I showed myself some good things earlier on and then unfortunately let it slip.
But had some good chances and it was a good time.
Q. What did you think of the course? You played in the afternoon today; it kind of dried up from the morning and yesterday it was obviously really soft. What kind of differences did you notice in the course?
BARCLAY BROWN: Yeah, the greens were a little bumpier and it was just a little more wild out there, I guess, with it being a little dry.
It really wasn't too bad. Didn't play too difficult. It was fair and it was a good test.
Q. Obviously not the result you wanted this week, but still, being an amateur in this championship, your first time, how cool was it to be at this historic event this week?
BARCLAY BROWN: Yeah, it was great. I had a good time. I have my family here. We've had a good week. It's been a lot of fun.
