Q. Talk about your short game a little bit. I think right now you're fifth and sixth in strokes gained short game.
RYDER COWAN: Yeah, my short game has always been something I can rely on. I'm not the biggest guy, so when I hit it in the rough, it's tough to get it out on the green, but my short game has been great this week.
I've hit some unbelievable shots, but also, I feel like I've been leaving myself in good positions. So I think that that's helped a lot.
Then putting has been all right. I didn't make as many putts today as I wanted to, but you know, I was hitting good putts, so if I'm hitting good putts, I can't complain.
So, yeah.
Q. I heard you talking about the pin placements today. Can you just talk about that and the general course setup compared to yesterday?
RYDER COWAN: Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I mean, yesterday was a little bit windier, so I feel like they may have put some pins in a little bit easier of spots, but today I think they expected the wind to blow a little bit less. They put some pin placements in some tougher spots and some tougher areas.
It made it really tough. This place is just not easy. When you add wind, you add hard pin placements, you add all these -- what am I looking for?
Q. Elements.
RYDER COWAN: -- elements, yeah. Then it makes this course really hard. I really don't feel like I played that bad today, and I shot 2-over par. Yeah, I think that's a big thing.
