THE MODERATOR: Here with Michele Redman, 3-under opening round. How would you grade your first round of play here at the U.S. Senior Women's Open?
MICHELE REDMAN: It's a good start. I have a little rust off my game, I'd say, particularly off the tee. I started getting a pretty good feel for it at the end. I played smart and just kind of stayed calm the whole day out there. It was kind of fun.
THE MODERATOR: You started on 10. You were 4-under the last 15 holes of the day. What do you think was the strongest part of your game that allowed you to go on that run and be so consistent down the stretch?
MICHELE REDMAN: I think I hit some good putts. I hit some good putts. I'm rolling it pretty good right now. I'm going to go over and hit some drivers. That I need to hit.
THE MODERATOR: Top of the leaderboard here early on. How does that change the game plan for the rest of the week, if at all?
MICHELE REDMAN: Nothing. I mean, it's early, so we have three more rounds left.
