Q. You had three birdies today?
DARREN CLARKE: Yes.
Q. Can you just tell me a little bit about how that felt on such is difficult course?
DARREN CLARKE: Any time you make birdie out there on a USGA setup is pretty good, especially with some of the pin positions they gave us today. It was pretty good.
I kept giving myself really good looks there all the way round the back nine. Just couldn't make them.
Q. Do you feel like the delay had an impact --
DARREN CLARKE: Happens all the time. Happens all the time. We're well used to it.
Q. How do you feel about your position going into the weekend?
DARREN CLARKE: I would like to be five shots better. I played really nicely today. 2-under was the worst score I could have shot today and I would like to say that over the next two days but hopefully I play a little bit better.
