DICKY PRIDE: Very good. I played very solid today. Very difficult golf course, very difficult greens. I really struck the ball well today. I was very pleased with the way I hit the ball.
I had some putts I thought I made that didn't go in, and I had a couple that I knew I missed, and I wish I could do it again.
Q. You're exempt from having to qualify. As of right now, you're sitting in T9 for next year. How does that feel?
DICKY PRIDE: Yeah, it's a great advantage to know you going to be in the field so you can prepare yourself, know when you're going to be there. I qualified this year.
I never played Broadmoor, so I came out the next week to scout the golf course, and had I been (indiscernible)I probably would have done that, but I was on the West Coast instead of having to fly from Florida.
It's very exciting at my age to play in a National Championship. It's the Senior Open. It's the best.
