Q. How special is it to be here as an amateur playing in your first U.S. Women's Open?
RAYEE FENG: I mean, it's really special. I did not expect even to qualify, but playing with the pros, watching them practice right in front of me, it's been really crazy.
Q. 2-under so far. How would you grade your play and what's been the strongest part of your game?
RAYEE FENG: Grade, okay.
Q. Grade, yeah. I'm sorry. I should have worded it differently.
RAYEE FENG: No, it's okay. Yesterday my shots were pretty bad, especially my driver off the tee. I think my strokes gained was like negative three.
But my putting really like kept me in the game and like it's really a confidence booster kind of when your putts just roll in, so that really helped me even though my shots weren't very good.
Then today I was focusing -- so on the range today I was not hitting that well again, but my mom helped me out, and like once I got to the course, I mean, it just kind of worked out.
