Q. First top 10 at U.S. Women's Open. How would you assess your week and how challenging was is course out there these last four days of competition?
LINN GRANT: I think tomorrow I'll be happy with my finish result. Playing the back nine today, we played so well, hit so many good shots close to the pins; just couldn't get the putts to roll in.
A bit disappointing, but still a decent round in comparison to how the course is set up. It is difficult out there. Even today when there is like no wind, blue skies, everything is perfect, there is no one running away with it today. I think that just shows how hard it is.
Q. How would you compare Erin Hills to other U.S. Women's Open championship courses you played in your career?
LINN GRANT: I would say it's one of the tougher ones for sure. Looking at it coming in Thursday, Friday it was quite soft because of the rain and you could see it on the scores as well; it was scorable then.
But yesterday and today it's been really -- it's been firm, it's been hard, tough pin positions. That's part of it for sure.
Q. Fellow Swede at the top of the leaderboard. I know you're wanting to get to the 18th green. What would that mean for your country to have another Swedish golfer win the U.S. Women's Open?
LINN GRANT: Crazy. I can just try to put myself in her shoes. She looks incredibly calm on the TV which I'm happy to see. Yeah, I'm ready to just run up and shower her in champagne.
