Q. Being out here at Pinehurst, finishing round 1, how did that feel for you? Anything stand out in particular about the course?
ANNIE PARK: The course is in great shape. I love the style of golf course. I played North and South a while back, and always enjoy playing Pinehurst. It's very similar vibes with the grass and everything. I really like the course.
Q. How do you feel about your position, your game coming off of round 1?
ANNIE PARK: Yeah, it's good. I think just a little bit more polish from today and I'll be ready to go by tomorrow.
Q. Do you think the heat was a factor this morning out there?
ANNIE PARK: I think we got lucky where it was starting to heat up towards the back nine. Yeah, it is going to be a hot week. I've just got to make sure I hydrate and just feel better out there.
Q. Anything you think you'll change going into round 2, work on, or do you feel pretty good going in?
ANNIE PARK: I'm not going to change anything. Just going to keep on working my same old foundations and just charge out there tomorrow.
