Q. Experience on the first tee after all this time?
KATELYN SEPMOREE: So I can't wait to go back and check my WHOOP band to see what my heart rate was, because I'm pretty sure it was north of 200. I kept telling myself, just hit it, just hit it, just hit it. I'm pretty sure I blacked out, but I smoked it so that's all that matters.
Q. Yeah, right down the middle. How good did it feel to have all that support with you on the first tee?
KATELYN SEPMOREE: Literally almost brought tears to my eyes. Super grateful for everything and it makes it worth it. No matter what happens this week, that's what's important to me.
Q. Your round probably wasn't as you were hoping, but what's the plan for tomorrow?
KATELYN SEPMOREE: I need to work on my off the tee because that's usually my strong suit; wasn't today.
So going to go get some food and work on that. I can make birdies out there. I really can. The putter is feeling really good.
So I'm just going to go out there and get more solid off the tee. I think that will be all I need to do.
